What is the Event Refund Policy?

You may fully refund your ticket for any reason up until 30 days prior to the event start date by sending an email to "[email protected]"

If there are less than 30 days until the event start date then tickets are not guaranteed any refund. However, please email "[email protected]" if you are unable to attend the event and we will try to assist you as best we can.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Tickets cannot be transferred to another person outside your company. Tickets can be transferred internally to other team members of your company. All refund/transfer requests must go through "[email protected]"
