Tickets cannot be transferred to another person outside your company. Tickets can be transferred internally to other team members of your company. All refund/transfer requests must go through "[email protected]"

Outside of this website & email any offer to transfer or sell tickets is not legitimate including Facebook comments, Facebook direct message, etc.

On our website, we accept the following card payments via Stripe checkout: Mastercard, Visa, American Express & Discover.

On request, we can also accept other payment methods. Please email "[email protected]" with the subject line “payment options”.

Payment transactions may not be successful for a variety of reasons, including:

- Incorrect card details (such as an incorrect address or CVV code)

- Bank restrictions (check with your bank or card provider)

- Security flags from our payment processor (Stripe)

First, please recheck that your payment details are correct and your bank has not placed any restrictions on your card.

Second, if you have a multi-ticket order, you can try reducing it to a single ticket order at a time (because our payment processor (Stripe) is less strict with smaller orders).

You will receive that confirmation email when you register for the event. That should have everything you need. If you can’t find your receipt/confirmation then email [email protected]

You will receive an original VAT invoice in your email within 5 days after payment.
