1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between the Organizer and Participants of the SEO.Domains Mastery Summit (the “Event”), an in-person conference taking place on 9–11 September 2026 at Hotel Marinela Sofia, Sofia, Bulgaria. Official information about the Event is published at seodomainsmasterysummit.com (the “Website”).
1.2 The Event is organized by:
SecureBackorder Ltd (the “Organizer”)
VAT No.: BG206188536
Registered address: Sofia 1463, 8 Knyaz Boris I, fl. 4, app. 12, Bulgaria
Legal representative: Emil Zagorski
Email: [email protected]
The Event is presented in partnership with SEO Mastery Summit and SEO.Domains (the “Co-organizing Brands”). For the avoidance of doubt, the sole contracting party for ticket sales and the sole entity responsible for the organization of the Event is SecureBackorder Ltd.
1.3 By purchasing a ticket, registering for the Event, or attending the Event, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you register on behalf of another person or a legal entity, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and that the attendee has been made aware of these Terms.
1.4 These Terms are published on the Website and are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.
3.1 Tickets are purchased through the Website. Payment is made by card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Discover) and processed by Stripe in accordance with Stripe’s own terms of service and privacy policy. The Organizer does not store your full payment card details. Other payment methods may be available on request by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “payment options”.
3.2 The Website and the email address [email protected] are the only legitimate sources of tickets for the Event. Any offer to sell or transfer tickets outside these channels — including via Facebook comments, direct messages, or other social media or third-party platforms — is not legitimate and is not recognized by the Organizer. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalidated without compensation.
3.3 Ticket prices displayed on the Website product pages are exclusive of VAT. Bulgarian VAT at the applicable rate (currently 20%) is calculated and shown as a separate line item at checkout before payment is completed.
3.4 A registration is complete, and the contract between you and the Organizer is concluded, once payment has been received and confirmed. Upon confirmation, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Ticket and instructions for admission. If you have not received your confirmation email within two (2) working days of payment, please contact [email protected].
3.5 If you require an invoice, email [email protected] with your company name and billing address after completing your registration. The Organizer is not responsible for errors in invoices resulting from incorrect data provided by the Participant.
3.6 Group discounts are available for parties of ten (10) or more people, subject to individual arrangement by emailing [email protected].
3.7 The Organizer reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations made with false, incorrect, or incomplete data, or registrations that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent. In the case of fraudulent purchases, any refund is subject to verification.
4.1 Each Ticket admits one named person. Admission to the venue requires check-in with the name used at registration and presentation of the Ticket (digital or printed). The Organizer may request photo identification to verify the registered name.
4.2 Tickets may not be resold or offered to third parties, whether commercially or otherwise. As set out in Section 3.2, tickets are legitimately available only through the Website and [email protected].
4.3 Ticket transfers. Tickets cannot be transferred to a person outside the purchasing company. Tickets may be transferred internally to another team member of the same company. All transfer requests must be submitted by email to [email protected], providing the new attendee’s full name and email address, and take effect only once confirmed by the Organizer.
4.4 The Event is intended for adults. Persons under 18 years of age are not admitted unless expressly agreed with the Organizer in advance.
5.1 You may cancel your Ticket for any reason and receive a full refund (including VAT) if your cancellation request is received by email at [email protected] no later than 30 days before the Event start date (i.e., on or before 10 August 2026).
5.2 If fewer than 30 days remain until the Event start date, Tickets are not guaranteed any refund. However, if you are unable to attend, please email [email protected] and we will try to assist you as best we can — for example, by facilitating an internal ticket transfer to a colleague under Section 4.3.
5.3 Approved refunds are made using the original payment method (Stripe) within 14 days of the refund confirmation.
5.4 Statutory right of withdrawal. Please note that, pursuant to Article 57, item 12 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (implementing Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply to services related to leisure events where the contract provides for a specific date of performance, such as Event tickets. The refund rights described in Sections 5.1–5.2 are granted voluntarily by the Organizer and are more favorable to you than the statutory minimum.
5.5 Failure to attend the Event (“no-show”) without a timely cancellation or substitution does not entitle the Participant to any refund.
6.1 The Event program, speakers, schedule, and venue layout published on the Website are indicative. The Organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the program, including replacing speakers, adjusting session times, or altering the agenda, without this constituting grounds for a refund, provided the overall nature of the Event is preserved.
6.2 The Organizer reserves the right to modify organizational and registration arrangements up to the start of the Event where reasonably necessary.
7.1 If the Event is cancelled by the Organizer for reasons within its control, Participants will receive a full refund of the ticket price paid. The Organizer’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the Ticket; the Organizer is not liable for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by Participants.
7.2 If the Event is postponed, Tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date. The Organizer will notify Participants of the new date and conditions within a reasonable time. Participants who cannot attend the rescheduled date may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving the notification; otherwise their registration will be considered confirmed for the new date.
7.3 Force majeure. The Organizer is not liable for failure to hold the Event, in whole or in part, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, war, acts of terrorism or threats thereof, epidemics or emergency epidemiological measures, acts of public authorities, strikes, or failure of the venue or key suppliers. In such cases the Organizer will, at its discretion and where feasible, offer a rescheduled date, a credit, or a partial or full refund, taking into account costs already irrevocably incurred.
8.1 Participants must comply with these Terms, the rules of the venue, applicable Bulgarian law, and the reasonable instructions of the Organizer’s staff and venue security.
8.2 Participants must behave respectfully toward other participants, speakers, staff, and venue personnel, and refrain from any conduct that infringes the rights, safety, or dignity of others. In particular, the following are not tolerated at the Event or at official Event functions: harassment or intimidation of any kind (including on the basis of gender, sexual orientation, disability, appearance, race, religion, or nationality); unwelcome sexual attention; verbal abuse or threats; deliberate disruption of sessions; theft or damage to property; and being at the venue in a state that endangers oneself or others.
8.3 The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to, or remove from the Event, any person who violates these Terms, behaves in a disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful manner, or about whom the Organizer has received credible reports of such behavior. In such cases no refund is owed, and the Organizer bears no liability for any resulting damages or lost benefits. Participants who experience or witness unacceptable behavior are encouraged to contact Event staff or email [email protected].
9.1 Sessions at the Event will not be video recorded.
9.2 The Organizer may engage photographers in designated areas of the Event (such as the registration/check-in area and evening networking functions). Photographs may be used by the Organizer and the Co-organizing Brands for documenting and promoting the Event and future editions.
9.3 Where photography takes place, it will be clearly indicated. If you do not wish to appear in photographs, please inform the photographer or the registration desk, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your request. Further details on the processing of images are set out in the Privacy Policy on the Website.
9.4 Participants may take personal, non-commercial photographs at the Event unless otherwise indicated, provided they respect other participants’ wishes and any session-specific restrictions announced by the Organizer or speakers. Commercial photography, filming, or audio recording by Participants requires the Organizer’s prior written consent.
10.1 All intellectual property rights in the Website, the Event branding, and the materials provided or presented at the Event (including slides, handouts, and speeches) belong to the Organizer, the Co-organizing Brands, the speakers, or their respective rights holders.
10.2 Participants may use Event materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or publication of Event materials requires the prior written consent of the Organizer or the respective rights holder.
11.1 The Organizer, SecureBackorder Ltd, is the controller of personal data processed in connection with registration and the Event, and processes such data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act.
11.2 Details of the categories of data processed, the purposes and legal bases of processing, retention periods, recipients, and your rights as a data subject are set out in the Privacy Policy published on the Website, which forms an integral part of the information provided to Participants.
11.3 The Organizer does not share attendee lists with sponsors or other third parties for their marketing purposes without the Participant’s consent.
12.1 The Organizer is not liable for injuries, losses, theft, or damage to Participants’ personal belongings occurring during the Event, except where such liability arises from the Organizer’s own culpable conduct and cannot be excluded under mandatory Bulgarian law.
12.2 The content of presentations and discussions at the Event reflects the views of the respective speakers and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or investment advice by the Organizer. Participants act on any information obtained at the Event at their own risk.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or mandatory consumer rights under Bulgarian and EU law.
13.1 The Organizer may amend these Terms at any time. Amendments enter into force upon publication on the Website. Material changes affecting already-purchased Tickets will be communicated to affected Participants by email, and will not deprive Participants of rights already acquired under the version of the Terms in force at the time of purchase.
14.1 These Terms and any contract concluded under them are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. Matters not regulated by these Terms are subject to the applicable Bulgarian legislation.
14.2 The parties will seek to resolve any dispute amicably. Failing that, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Bulgarian courts. Consumers may also refer disputes to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (www.kzp.bg).
