Margarita Arsova is an early team member at Juma, where she has helped shape the company’s growth from an early-stage product into an AI platform used by more than 80,000 users and generating $1M in ARR.

As Juma’s first hire, Margarita has led and supported marketing through three major product iterations, a full rebrand, and the company’s $4.5M investment from True Ventures. Her work sits at the intersection of product, marketing, AI adoption, and go-to-market execution, giving her a rare front-row view of how AI products evolve from ideas into tools people actually use.

Beyond Juma, Margarita co-organizes AI Engineer Foundation Europe, helping build a community that has hosted nearly 100 events and connected more than 1,500 people across Europe’s AI and technology ecosystem.

Today, she is focused on Juma Flows, an approach to AI-powered work that enables people to delegate complete workflows from idea to finished deliverable, without manually prompting, chaining tools, or repeatedly providing context.
